A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MYSELF
I’ve always been a ‘People Person’ and started off on a career path in life as a Hairstylist, then as a Childminder and onto being a Complementary Therapist, Reiki Master/ Teacher and then Mind-based therapies.
I fully believe in the whole Mind / Body connection.
- I have just up-dated my Reiki and Karuna Masters training and am using very Professional Manuals, Audio CD's and also Attunement and Empowerment DVD for the Masters Programme.
I find the power of the mind fascinating and like to know what makes people 'tick' and so this website is based solely on Hypnotherapy and talking and Energy - based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapies including Weight loss using CBT and Hypnosis, Neurolinguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique, Fertile Body Method and Hypnobirthing, HypnoBand Programmes including Hypn-Band with the Happyweight Programme, and other Combined Weight loss Programmes , Smoking Cessation and Motivational Coaching...and still adding :)
You will find a lot of information about how Hypnotherapy / Visualisations can assist with the fears and anxieties surrounding Fertility, Infertility and Birth by reading the pages in the Menu on the left..... as well as some great HypnoBirthing YouTube videos.
I must have one of the most satisfying and relaxing occupations as it is hard not to ‘chill out’ along with my clients and it is wonderful to have to wake the client up when the session is over, or to be told that you have made a difference to their lives.
I believe that we are ‘spiritual being’s living a human existence’ but unfortunately we get so caught up in everyday life that we tend to forget this and often feel out of balance.
I have found that combining therapies such as Reflexology and massage with energy work such as Reiki can have a very relaxing and harmonising effect on the body, just as the combination of EFT with Hypnotherapy can help to remove the emotional blockage that prevents the client from changing their way of thinking and responding to certain issues in life.
