DIET GIMMICKS TO AVOID
MYTH 1
YOU CAN LOSE 10 POUNDS IN A WEEK !!
.......The thing that you want is to lose fat and you cannot lose ten pounds of fat in a week ...... it is not physiologically possible !!
You can lost ten pounds of water, lean mass and the contents of your bowel when you go to the toilet !!
Such a harsh diet would also result in your metabolic rate slowing so that you would have rebound weight gain at the end .
MYTH 2
JUST FOLLOW THIS DIET AND THE PROBLEM WILL GO AWAY !!
..... How many diets do we need to follow before we realise that dieting just isn't going to work ?
