Gastric Band surgery is not for everyone.
Usually the surgery is only carried out on people classified as "Clinically Obese" and with a high Body Mass Index (BMI).
We will arrange for you to come in for a 30 minute Screening session to assess your suitability and level of commitment to the Programme.
A surgical Gastric Band works by reducing the size of the stomach and therefore you eat smaller portions and feel full.

Over four sessions we take you through the process of having a Gastric Band fitted, but only in your mind .

How long does it take ?
The whole process takes four x one hour sessions. Usually this is achieved over 6-8 weeks but this is flexible depending on your progress.

The full fee for the Assessment session plus the four x one hour sessions = £395 - this includes your Hypnotherapy session CD's.
The fee needs to be paid in full at your first session or you can pay in advance by using your credit or bank card on my website's Shopping Cart.

We can do some Individual Cognitive Behavioural therapy and Hypnotherapy sessions based on your needs, and you can just pay extra for these as you go along........
