MYTHS ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT
MYTH 1 - ONLY DIETING OR SOME OTHER FORM OF DEPRIVATION WORKS
.... Dieting leads to deprivation .... and deprivation leads to over-eating and binge-eating .... and also to obsessions with food ..... it can be very frustrating !!
This Programme is a ' non-diet Programme '.
There is no deprivation, no gimmicks and no banned foods !!
It's about training you to think and act like a ' Naturally slim person ' !!.
MYTH 2 - I HAVE SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME THAT MAKES ME FAT
.....You may have been hiding behind beliefs like 'my metabolism is slow' or ' it's my genes that are to blame '
....... you just need more information about what works.
The world problem with obesity has only developed in the last 20 years, yet the genes have existed for millions of years.
So we have to take personal responsibility.
Remember, there are no fat people in a famine... are there ?
MYTH3 - I HAVE TO STARVE MYSELF TO LOSE WEIGHT
.......Starving leads to your body responding as if there is a famine coming.
The ' Metabolic rate ' slows down and any food taken into the body is quickly saved as ' fat '
Starving also leads to ' bingeing '
Then there are the mineral and vitamin deficiencies, blood sugar imbalances and other major health consequences that arise from starving..... so starving yourself is a very poor way to lose weight !!
MYTH 4 - I'LL HAVE TO EAT STRANGE FOODS OR ELIMINATE FOOD GROUPS
.....This is not necessary unless you have been advised to do so by your Doctor or some other trusted Physician.
It is very boring and unsatisfying to have to have a diet that cuts out certain foods.
Food doesn't taste good, it's not a very joyful process and neither is it it healthy ..... you can lose fat by eating all the foods that you enjoy !!
MYTH 5 - I HAVE TO EXERCISE FOR HOURS A DAY TO SHIFT THE WEIGHT

.....Exercise is a ' brilliant ally ' and has many benefits.
You can arrange to do things that are easy and fun !!
' Physical activities that you enjoy and burn fat ' .... not just when you are doing the exercise but also for many hours afterwards too !!
MYTH 6 - I AM UNCONTROLLABLE WITH FOOD
......With this Programme, you will discover that you are able to eat all the foods that you love and not feel deprived
..... and that you can control yourself around food .... and have a ' Happy relationship ' with it !!
