discussion of the different methods that we can use, and some CBT

CBT is ideal to assist with Weight-Loss, Self-esteem and Fertility Issues. By addressing your fears, doubts and anxieties, we can create a calmer mind and a better understanding of what you need to do in order to become more pro-active and feel in control again.
The Reflexology aspect assists with helping the body to become more balanced again as well as helping to stimulate or soothe Digestive system and Reproductive system and soothe the nervous system to help with stress and anxiety.

There will be the Initial Full Consultation to determine your needs and how much weight you need to lose, your expectations ...... and also within what time-frame - it may be that you are losing weight for a special occasion or a holiday..... or it could be for health reasons if you are due to have an operation or for IVF.
Then another 7 sessions of 2 hour Blocks.

HYPNOBIRTHING ® - MARIE MONGON METHOD
Pregnant mum along with her chosen Birth companion attend a twelve and a half hour course run over 5 sessions.
These workshops are generally run as 5 x 2 1/2 hour but can be adapted to 6 x 2 hour sessions to suit...................
The course fee is £300 per couple
which includes the 'Hypnobirthing ® - Celebration of Life' 302 page textbook and CD which is comprised of two tracks , a badge and a workbook and twelve and a half hours of tuition.
